Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 7-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped along with a tracking number. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. 

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates will be calculated and displayed during checkout. 

Estimated Delivery

Estimated delivery dates will be displayed during checkout. If you are needing an item by a specific date, PLEASE contact us ASAP prior to check out. We will do everything we can to accommodate your request. Please note that we cannot any shipping delays due to weather or carrier issues once the package leaves our hands. 

Free Local Pickup

Free local pickup is an option for those located around the Altoona, Iowa area. Click on the Local Pickup option during check-out to bypass the shipping fees. When your items are ready you will receive an email with instructions on where you can pick up your items, at your convivence.
